To nominate, simply complete the online nomination form or you can pick up a copy at any participating McDonald’s Restaurants or by calling into your local Quest office. Nominations are open for 2 months at a time.

All individuals nominated will receive a nominee certificate and are then judged on their achievements before, if successful, being invited to a bi-monthly awards event as paper winner.
